We’ll migrate your website(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost data and unwanted network downtime. This is the reason why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We have qualified administrators whose sole job is to make sure that your site functions precisely as it did on your former web hosting platform. Our administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based upon popular applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: There are lots of aspects to take into account – the total amount of web files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the current workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. Nonetheless, we do our best to perform all web site migrations within a 48–hour time window. Less sizeable websites are migrated much faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: We’ll need the login details for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel and the site’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to start the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share the same information you have given to your previous web host. We also have a very rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive data is handled.

A: While we migrate your website, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. Once the transfer is completed, we will make sure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your data is not compromised before notifying you that the migration is finished. Then we’ll explain to you how to transfer the domain name to your hosting account with us and how to update the DNS resource records.

A: Nah. We will never touch base with your hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the website migration either.

A: We can migrate your site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–driven web hosting platform provided that we can gain access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only web sites that we are unable to transfer are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
